1. Seller and Scope

Guangzhou Yancai Technology Co., Ltd. sells through xulvok.com under xulvok™. These conditions cover purchases. The Terms of Use govern website conduct. Mandatory consumer protections remain applicable.

2. Selecting Products and Placing Orders

You must have capacity to make the purchase or act through a lawfully authorized representative. Provide accurate order, contact and delivery information and use an authorized payment method.

Review the chosen listing for dimensions, materials, included parts, compatibility and operating limits. Tool ratings, measurement accuracy and insulation claims are product-specific. Appearance differences from screen settings do not excuse materially misdescribed goods.

An order submission requests the goods. An automated receipt alone is not final acceptance. Acceptance is communicated through dispatch confirmation unless we expressly accept earlier or applicable law provides otherwise.

3. Prices, Payment and Availability

Review the checkout currency and total, including delivery, taxes and discounts. Available payment methods appear at checkout. Your financial institution may charge separate conversion or international fees.

If an unavailable item, payment concern or material error prevents an order proceeding, we explain the position and address cancellation or repayment as required. Later price updates do not unilaterally change accepted purchase contracts.

4. Fulfillment and Changes

Normal processing is 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Eligible U.S. transit is estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch. See the Shipping Policy for details.

Request changes or cancellations promptly. Operational changes depend on fulfillment progress, without removing mandatory withdrawal or cancellation rights. Delays remain subject to applicable obligations.

5. Use, Returns and Remedies

Follow supplied instructions and use each item for its stated purpose. No universal lifetime warranty, electrical rating or calibration certification is created by these terms. Express product commitments and mandatory quality guarantees remain applicable.

The voluntary return-request period is 30 days after receipt under our Return & Refund Policy. Rights for unsafe, faulty, incorrect or undelivered goods are additional to that offer. Payment dispute rights are not waived.

6. Responsibility and Concerns

Responsibility is determined under applicable law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including relevant duties concerning fraud, personal injury and consumer guarantees.

Disruption outside reasonable control does not automatically remove cancellation or refund duties. Contact support to raise a concern. Access to competent courts, regulators and other lawful remedies is preserved, along with mandatory protections in a consumer's home jurisdiction.

7. Related Notices and Revisions

Read the Privacy Policy and Payment & Security Policy where relevant. Revised terms apply prospectively and do not remove rights already attached to an accepted purchase.
